Responsibilities

• Focus on capabilities development of your team members that align with the function’s vision
• Encourage your team to self-define their career journey and remove roadblocks
• Manage stakeholders and create efficiencies for high-standard delivery of software and services
• Deliver specialized platforms dedicated to Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) submissions
• Act as a key liaison for senior-level stakeholders and negotiate priorities
• Manage the team's budget, including headcount and vendor contracts
• Lead process re-engineering efforts and analyze success metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
• Bachelor or advanced degree in a Business or IT-related specification
• Deep understanding of the Pharma Technical regulatory process and related technologies
• Experience implementing Veeva RIM Active Dossier capabilities
• Understanding of software development/service delivery methodologies
• Exhibiting Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) leadership behaviors
• Possessing an enterprise mindset and strong business acumen
