Requirements
- Completed bank apprenticeship or several years of experience in the financial industry
- Ideally experience in the back office (e.g., credit operations/loan processing, trading) or in IT

- Persuasive skills, along with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities
- Interest in financial markets and financial products
