Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for planning, setting up, and managing the social media channels for a major client in the energy sector.

Requirements

  • Create regular editorial calendars;
  • Conduct competitor analysis to gather insights for our profile;
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube);
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, mLabs, Reportei, or similar;
  • Strong writing skills and ease creating posts and captions;
  • Keep up with trends, memes, and opportunities to generate timely and creative ideas;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather digital data;
  • Experience developing strategic improvement plans based on data;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills;
  • Comfortable with social media planning (benchmarking, tone of voice, personas, content pillars, etc.);
  • Develop monthly editorial calendars for content;
  • Experience with influencer campaigns;
  • Background in advertising and/or other marketing-related fields;
  • 2 to 5 years minimum experience in advertising agencies or large corporations;
  • Heavy social media user;
  • Experience participating in client meetings;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and strong presentation skills;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong client relationship skills;
  • Comfortable working in a team.
