About the role
- Supply Planner responsible for capacity availability and production planning at Aroma-Zone. Ensuring dynamic management and anticipatory scheduling in a growing natural beauty company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production capacity availability on a 4- to 24-month horizon
- Anticipate industrial needs to ensure the feasibility of the production plan
- Optimize the use of resources
- Contribute to the S&OP process and support strategic trade-offs
- Prepare and update a consolidated capacity plan
- Analyze capacity vs. demand gaps and identify bottlenecks
- Actively participate in S&OP meetings and challenge forecasts
- Propose trade-off scenarios in case of capacity constraints
- Negotiate reserved capacities or critical slots with manufacturing sites
- Proactively communicate capacity risks to internal teams
- Develop capacity analysis tools and performance indicators
Requirements
- Degree equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+3 (e.g., BUT in Logistics and Transport Management, GEA, or BTS in SME Management/Commercial Unit Management) with a specialization in planning
- Dynamic scheduling management in response to evolving demand (forecasting/anticipation)
- Understanding of cosmetic manufacturing/production flows
- Comfortable with numbers and IT tools; strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and APS (Advanced Planning Systems)
- Negotiation skills: ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent prioritization skills to meet deadlines
