About the role
- Manage sea freight logistics ensuring timely arrival into Aritzia's Distribution Network. Collaborate with international service providers and handle logistics operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute best-in-class sea freight set-up, including volume planning and booking coordination
- Execute on the best possible logistics experience for customers, including in-transit tracking and exception handling
- Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business
- Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally
Requirements
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in: Sea freight experience importing from Trans Pacific and Trans Atlantic trade lanes into North America
- Working with international service providers for both FCL and LCL bookings
- Customs procedures and documentation
- INCOTERMS
- Microsoft Office, including Excel
