About the role

Responsibilities

  • Inside sales support for the Maghreb region
  • Schedule monitoring and complaint handling
  • Preparation and management of customer orders
  • Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
  • Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
  • Handling inquiries in French and English

Requirements

  • Technical education or several years of experience in a technical environment
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role within industry
  • Fluent German and French; good command of English
  • Confident user of ERP software (INFOR) and CRM systems, as well as common Microsoft programs (MS Office)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and an independent, proactive working style
  • Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%) and a valid driving license (Class B)
