Responsibilities
Inside sales support for the Maghreb region
Schedule monitoring and complaint handling
Preparation and management of customer orders
Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
Handling inquiries in French and English
Requirements
Technical education or several years of experience in a technical environment
At least 2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role within industry
Fluent German and French; good command of English
Confident user of ERP software (INFOR) and CRM systems, as well as common Microsoft programs (MS Office)
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and an independent, proactive working style
Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%) and a valid driving license (Class B)
