  • Responsible for sales and revenue planning for your territory
  • Managing and acquiring customers, trade partners and distributors within the sales region
  • Ensuring technical customer and dealer support in collaboration with internal sales and product management
  • Generating new business and securing existing accounts
  • Independently preparing quotes and closing sales orders
  • Conducting competitive analyses to determine customer needs

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in the hydraulics industry
  • Degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Strong sales orientation with pronounced closing and negotiation skills
  • Structured, independent working style and good time management
  • High empathy and excellent communication skills in customer interactions
  • Enjoy building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Resilience, self-motivation and genuine enthusiasm for sales and working with people
