Requirements
- Actively completing a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Leadership, Finance, or graduate degree in or related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level – Junior, Senior, or graduate student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership in team-based environments such as athletics, student organizations, or community initiatives.
- Proactive mindset with a history of taking initiative.
