About the role
- Technical Director overseeing design delivery of Highway projects with US standards and regulations. Collaborating with teams to optimize project outcomes and ensure quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead/design manager to oversee design delivery of Design & Build, State DoT projects
- Collaborate with the pursuits team and cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for pursuing projects
- Ensure the development of the regional-focused team to develop and grow according to the market needs
- Support initiatives for knowledge transfer from bid team to delivery team
Requirements
- Masters in Transportation / Highway Engineering
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Infrastructure Design Consulting industry
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience for International Multi-disciplinary Projects for Highway / Roadway in delivering various tasks required for Design & Build projects
- Proficient in written communication and capable of contributing to project communications
- Familiarity with the US construction industry
- Strong organizational and coordination skills along with strategic decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines and support resource acquisition
- Professional Engineer (PE License) in Georgia, Florida or Tennessee is desirable
