About the role

  • Acting as Data Product Owner for Workplace, guiding strategy and development of data products. ensuring actionable insights and performance metrics for business value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the data product owner for Workplace, guiding the strategy, development, and lifecycle of workplace data products to enable informed decisions and deliver measurable business value.
  • Collect and curate raw data from Workplace pillars, ensuring it evolves into a high-quality product that delivers actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs that link real estate decisions to financial, strategic, and employee experience outcomes.
  • Monitor trends and recommend enhancements to data models and reporting frameworks to foster resilience and operational excellence.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global standards throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Own the workplace data product strategy and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across all Workplace pillars while maintaining accountability for source data quality.
  • Provide dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making for portfolio strategy, design, operations, and employee experience.
  • Act as the data product owner throughout the lifecycle—strategy, development, governance, and continuous improvement—ensuring the data product meets business stakeholder needs and business objectives

Requirements

  • Expertise in data analytics, visualization, governance, and data product management principles.
  • Proven ability to act as a product owner for data solutions, including defining vision, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in lifecycle management of data products, ensuring scalability, usability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of corporate real estate and workplace strategies.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data management platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
