- Join Arcadis as an Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineer focusing on I&C and SCADA for water projects. Responsible for design, implementation, and on-site activities with 4-7 years experience required.
Responsibilities

- be responsible for I&C and SCADA design, implementation, and configuration services
- execute I&C and SCADA projects, including startups and cutovers
- interpret instrumentation and control (I&C) design documents, including P&IDs, SCADA architecture, and network diagrams
- manage project construction and maintain accurate as-built documentation
- travel to client sites and conduct factory testing, site acceptance testing, field checkout, and startup of I&C and SCADA systems
- develop PLC programs and HMI graphics grounded in a thorough understanding of process and operational requirements
- configure historical data collection, managing databases, and troubleshooting industrial communication networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field of study
- 4 to 7 years of I&C, automation, and SCADA system design and implementation experience
- In depth knowledge of I&C design documents and their use in construction
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent teamwork skills
- Expert level proficiency with multiple PLC and HMI platforms (preferred)
- Experience in OT and industrial networks, including radio and cellular telemetry networks (preferred)
- Experience in OT cybersecurity (preferred)
- Experience in database management for SCADA systems (preferred)
- Experience in developing bid and construction documents (preferred)
