About the role

• Digital Innovation Analyst developing Power BI products to improve decision-making for Arcadis clients. Working in a hybrid model with a focus on technology and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Will work directly within the innovation team, proposing solutions and developing products related to the challenges of large technical consulting projects in engineering and the environment,
• This professional will engage with various stakeholders across consulting projects and will be responsible for supporting internal clients with their technical requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Advanced experience with Power BI: building complex interactive dashboards and performance optimization;
• Experience with governance and publishing in Power BI Service, including gateway configuration, security and management of Gen Flows and Semantic Models;
• Knowledge of best practices in visualization, storytelling and UI/UX;
• Proficiency in DAX: creation of complex measures, calculated columns and calculated tables;
• Intermediate ETL skills and basic M language (Power Query);
• Familiarity with R;
• Knowledge of data modelling: understanding table relationships, normalization and best practices for structuring data;
• Basic experience with other Power Platform tools: creating basic flows in Power Automate, familiarity with Power Pages features, connections with Power Apps, creating Microsoft Lists, etc.;
• Problem-solving focus: ability to work in complex scenarios and find efficient technical solutions;
• Proactivity: identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions and show interest in personal development;
• Good communication: able to bridge technical and non-technical areas, translating business needs into BI solutions;
• Collaborative and adaptable profile: able to work in multidisciplinary teams, interact with stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities;
• Analytical capability and business acumen: support the construction of reports with visuals and indicators that generate insights for technical teams;
• Autonomy / self-organization: ability to self-organize work flow, deliveries and activity prioritization.
