About the role

• Architect I for Transit Projects seeking professionals to enhance solutions in Arcadis' Architecture team. Collaborate globally to address complex challenges in transit projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces; Prepare documentation and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant national standards and codes of practice.
• Capable of working independently to develop and implement technical solutions that align with project objectives.
• Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor the performance of team members, identifying and ensuring any issues are resolved.
• Develop effective working relationships with the Task Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of progress, changes and the resolution of issues.
• Coach, guide and provide technical advice to junior team members, to support them in their delivery of the project and in their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design work.
• Demonstrable experience across a wide range of complex projects and multiple design stages.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows is mandatory.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Proficiency in graphic software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a solid technical mindset, which is essential for this role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of rendering software (VRay, Lumion, Enscape) is considered a plus.
• Relevant sector experience in all design phases; transit-related project experience is an advantage.
