Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of assessment design principles enhancing validity, fairness, manageability, and reliability for GCSE and A Level qualifications
  • Collaborate with partners to design high quality assessment models aligned with research and policy
  • Shape the future of digital and traditional assessment for inclusive exam experiences
  • Oversee data analysis to drive evidence-based improvements
  • Lead cross-team projects for strengthening assessment capabilities
