Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients;
Researching, monitoring and managing public tenders (bid notices);
Dissemination of ARPs (Price Registration Records);
Project follow-up and pipeline management in coordination with Sales Management;
Registering and updating opportunities with manufacturers;
Recording and maintaining opportunities in the CRM, aligned with internal partners;
Issuing supply confirmations for requests to participate in ARPs;
Updating information on the company website.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
Experience with commercial routines (prospecting, CRM, sales follow-up, among others);
Knowledge of government procurement processes (public tenders/bidding);
Familiarity with commercial tools such as pipeline management and CRM;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
Advantage: intermediate English, especially written.
