About the role

• Data Analyst working with Growth Managers and Business Operations team at adjoe. Focused on data analysis, reporting migration, and optimizing data processing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• You will work together with our Growth Managers and the Business Operations team to handle ad-hoc data requests and perform in-depth analyses.
• You will support the design and rigorous evaluation of A/B tests and experiments, translating statistical results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Actively participate in migrating our reporting landscape from Amazon QuickSight to Tableau, ensuring data integrity and the correct transfer of existing visualizations.
• Improve and maintain documentation of key business metrics, data sources, and analysis processes to ensure strong data literacy and consistency across the company.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of best practices for reporting and analysis within the BI team.
• Optimize data processing pipelines by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements, e.g., creating aggregated intermediate tables (ETL/ELT), to reduce query times and improve reporting workflows for large datasets.

Requirements

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or are enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s program in Computer Science or Data Analysis.
• You have initial experience with Python and SQL.
• You possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English and German).
• You have solid experience with the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
• You are looking for a working-student position for at least 6 months.
• Nice to have: Initial internship or working-student experience at fast-growing startups, consulting firms, or IT companies is an advantage.
