About the role

Tech Lead role overseeing mobile SDK development at adjoe. Leading a team to ensure innovation and high-quality products for app publishers, serving millions of users daily.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the technical architecture of our mobile SDKs, creating a clear framework that enables consistent, high-quality development.
Work closely with Product and stakeholders to understand business needs and quickly turn them into technical concepts, features, and solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile engineers, helping them grow in code quality, communication, and planning.
Own and drive technical decision-making for the team, including trade-offs around security, performance, and usability.
Establish and maintain best practices through regular code reviews, feedback, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with other Tech Leads and senior engineers across the company to align on standards and platform evolution.
Play an active role in hiring, team growth, and shaping a healthy, high-performing team culture.

A senior-level engineer / technical lead with 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong hands-on experience in mobile development with Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android). Experience building or maintaining SDKs is a big plus.
Comfortable defining architectures, APIs, and technical standards that enable other engineers to move fast without breaking things.
Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and technically leading engineers with different seniority levels.
Someone who enjoys translating business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
Able to balance developer experience, security, and performance when designing interfaces and systems.
A strong communicator who can adapt their level of detail when talking to engineers, product, or senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
