Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis
- Knowledge in one or more of the areas: IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
- Preferably experience in the public sector, judiciary, financial services, or healthcare
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a willingness to collaborate in a team
- Outgoing, communicative personality with aptitude and enthusiasm for building trusting relationships
- Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
- Flexibility regarding travel within German-speaking Switzerland
