- Preferably experience in public administration, the justice system, the financial sector, or healthcare
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with enthusiasm for teamwork
- Open, communicative personality with an aptitude for and enjoyment of building trusting relationships
- Confident written and presentation skills in German; very good English and French skills are a plus
- Flexibility regarding travel within German-speaking Switzerland
