About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Consultant at APP you take on responsibility from day one.
- You lead teams in developing new concepts and defining product, process, and IT requirements.
- You independently manage consulting mandates and develop compelling solutions for business and IT issues.
- Once a suitable solution is found, you ensure sustainable implementation and support our clients through to successful rollout.
- As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build long-term relationships, continuously expand your network, and acquire new mandates.
- In addition, you have the opportunity to actively shape APP as a co-owner and to help significantly shape our future.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in business administration, (business) informatics/computer science, or law
- Three to five years of experience executing IT-related projects in consulting or public administration, in the judiciary, in financial services, or in healthcare
- Solid knowledge of project management, business analysis, and the application of common methodologies
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative yet pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
- Open, communicative personality with talent and enthusiasm for building trusting relationships
- Confident written and verbal communication in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus.
