About the role

  • Senior Paralegal managing corporate secretarial portfolios, ensuring compliance and effective governance in multinational settings. Collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain corporate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain all corporate records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the relevant country/region.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all statutory filings.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and notify relevant parties for board meetings; distribute agendas and take minutes.
  • Follow up with parties for the signing of official documents.
  • Draft board resolutions and consents; review and recommend candidates for board member/officer positions during annual elections.
  • Oversee the incorporation of new entities and the closure of existing ones.
  • Manage confidential correspondence and disseminate information to stakeholders as required.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc matters, including restructuring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multinational corporate secretarial portfolios, along with a local corporate secretarial qualification. Additional overseas qualifications are not necessary, as CSC will provide guidance on country-specific requirements.
  • Strong ability and willingness to manage the corporate secretarial process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Legal experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
