Responsibilities
Perform field work including collecting soil, surface water, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor air samples
Routine operation and maintenance of remediation systems
Become proficient in use and maintenance field monitoring equipment
Conduct Phase I environmental site inspections
Conduct stormwater inspections to ensure adherence to plans or regulatory
Gather and manage data manually and electronically requirements
Enter data into tables and figures and update report templates
Actively develop your own professional growth and manage your own schedule
Actively participate in a culture of safe work practices
Requirements
BS in Engineering
0-3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection
Ability to travel for up to one week at a time
Ability to work >8-hour days as needed
Ability to be on feet >8-hour a day with breaks
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Ability to travel for work up to one week at a time
Ability to work outside year-round
The ability to multi-task and manage your own schedule
Ability to travel to remote project sites
Valid driver's license, good driving history, and access to reliable transportation are required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience with data management and report preparation preferred
