About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager required for B2B new customer acquisition at AOE Solutions in telco solutions. Engaging in complex sales cycles in an agile, flexible working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build systematic new-customer relationships, from first contact through to closing complex project contracts
  • Identify and proactively approach target customers (outbound)
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Develop proposals and business cases together with subject-matter experts
  • Present solutions, lead negotiations, and close deals
  • Collaborate with Marketing on scalable lead generation and process optimization
  • Ensure clean handover to Delivery & Finance with clear expectation management

Requirements

  • Several years of proven success in B2B new-customer sales with complex sales cycles and technically sophisticated IT solutions
  • Confident selling of IT services and digital solutions in conversations at C-level
  • Strong cold-acquisition skills and professional outreach to decision-makers
  • Rapid comprehension and ability to quickly adapt to new customer contexts
  • Strong closing ability: decisive negotiation and persistence
  • Structured working style with pipeline discipline, reliable forecasting, and clear qualification criteria
  • Proficient with CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and modern sales tools
  • Excellent German and English, both spoken and written
