About the role
- Sourcing Specialist driving smart outcomes in technology procurement within ANZ's Procurement function. Supporting sourcing strategies, contract renewals, and supplier relationship management across business units.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sourcing & contracting across software, services and technology products and services
- Partner with Category Managers to build and maintain a pipeline of sourcing opportunities
- Assist in delivering sourcing strategies, conducting due diligence, market and supplier analysis, negotiating commercial contract terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure well-coordinated sourcing outcomes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and support risk management across sourcing activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Experience in sourcing and negotiating
- Ability to problem-solve and navigate complex or ambiguous situations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of risk management, governance and control requirements
- Knowledge of supply market dynamics and the full procurement lifecycle
