Alongside Antler, our portfolio also includes two other travel lifestyle brands, **Nere** (Australian) and **Paravel (American)**, each with a distinct positioning within the travel and luggage category. As a house of brands, we are building momentum across multiple international markets and continuing to strengthen our presence with ambitious expansion plans.
  • We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our House of Brands’ paid media team, supporting the execution and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple markets and across our House of Brands (Antler, Nere & Paravel).
  • You will join a friendly, collaborative, and high-performing team of motivated individuals who are passionate about building exceptional brands and delivering meaningful growth. Working across our portfolio, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands show up in the digital landscape and how we connect with travellers globally.
  • In this role, you will take day-to-day responsibility for Nere in the UK, managing paid media across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates, while also supporting Antler’s and Paravel’s global paid media activity across a range of channels and international markets.
  • This is an ideal role for someone with 1–1.5 years’ experience in paid media who is looking to deepen their technical skills, gain exposure to international ecommerce, and work closely with both internal stakeholders and agency partners.

  • __Day to Day Responsibilities__

  • **Nere Brand – UK Market**
  • Day-to-day management of paid media activity for Nere in the UK across:
  • Paid Search (Google Ads): keyword management, search query analysis, bid and budget optimisation.
  • Paid Social (Meta, TikTok / TikTok Shop): campaign setup, audience management, creative testing and optimisation
  • Affiliate marketing: supporting partner management, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Performance: monitor and optimise performance against key KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, revenue and spend pacing
  • Supporting the Head of Paid Media with the execution of Nere’s paid media strategy
  • Reporting: collate daily & weekly performance summaries and highlight optimisations
  • Lead the execution of the paid media creative process for Nere UK, including:
  • Briefing creative requirements based on performance insights and channel needs.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver assets on time.
  • Ensuring the creative is correctly implemented and tested across platforms.
  • Use performance data and learnings to inform creative iteration and future testing.
  • Support the planning of a full-funnel creative roadmap for Nere across the year, aligning:
  • Upper-funnel brand and prospecting activity
  • Mid-funnel consideration and product storytelling
  • Lower-funnel conversion and promotional moments
  • Work closely with the wider team to align creative planning with:
  • · Key trading periods
  • · Product launches
  • · Seasonal and promotional activity
  • **Global Support – Antler & Paravel**
  • Assist with campaign execution for both brands across multiple markets (UK, US, AU, EU) for Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Support creative testing for global campaigns: uploading assets, monitoring performance, and providing early optimisation recommendations.
  • Cross-channel monitoring: ensure campaigns are running as planned, troubleshoot issues, and flag underperforming activity.
  • Audience and market research: support building Lookalike, Interest, and Retargeting audiences across channels.
  • Support affiliate and influencer tracking for global campaigns.
  • Assist in reporting & insights: pulling data, creating dashboards, and highlighting key trends for the Paid Media Manager.
  • Ensure tracking and measurement is accurate (pixels, events, conversion tracking) across campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and help coordinate timelines with creative and marketing teams.
  • Extra Tasks when required
  • Support budget pacing and daily spend monitoring.
  • Help test new channels or formats under guidance (e.g., TikTok Spark Ads, YouTube Bumper Ads).
  • Support seasonal strategy prep, including Black Friday & Summer campaigns.
  • Assist with audience segmentation testing and report on performance differences.

Requirements

  • It’s all about compatibility. These are the things you’ll need to thrive in the role at Antler.
  • Demonstrable experience in paid media (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience in at least one core channel (Paid Search or Paid Social preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
  • Good understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn across channels and markets.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience across multiple paid media channels.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Basic understanding of attribution, incrementality or MMM.
  • Experience working with agencies or third-party partners.
