Build and analyze Excel reports to support decision-making
Support employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives
Assist managers with general people management needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in recruitment and selection (high-volume recruitment is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills (required)
Experience with HR metrics and data analysis
