About the role

  • Recruitment and selection analyst at Anglo Alante, conducting end-to-end recruitment processes. Supporting human resources routines and team building in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from profile alignment to start date)
  • Identify and attract talent for administrative and school positions
  • Support managers in defining job profiles and in hiring decisions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality, funnel, etc.)
  • Build and analyze Excel reports to support decision-making
  • Support employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives
  • Assist managers with general people management needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection (high-volume recruitment is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills (required)
  • Experience with HR metrics and data analysis
