About the role
- Project Engineer ensuring capital programmes delivery in the water industry. Coordinating project delivery while ensuring compliance with regulations and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end capital delivery process, ensuring maximum risk reduction and value for expenditure.
- Coordinate and support the execution of regional maintenance programmes, ensuring accurate asset data management and monthly reporting.
- Proactively engage with all stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of project data and capturing efficiency data.
- Complete and comply with all operational site H&S requirements, undertake H&S audits, and produce CDM documentation.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety, ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Appropriate engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
- Strong IT literacy and commercial acumen
- Experience managing a capital budget and resource planning
- Experience within the water or wastewater environment (desirable not essential)
