About the role

  • Finance Systems Administrator managing finance workflows and support for ERP (NetSuite). Ensuring efficient operation of finance processes and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Stabilise, enhance, and optimize key finance workflows in our ERP (NetSuite), including Procure-to-Pay, approval processes, and system controls
  • Provide functional support to ERP (NetSuite) users across the organisation
  • Ensure that our ERP (NetSuite) continues to operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with the company’s operational and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Accountancy, Finance, or Business-related course
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in netsuite and stakeholder management
  • Functional and technical experience in ERP (NetSuite) implementation, and post-go-live support, and
  • Experience in business process optimization, and driving system improvements, mainly across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Strong accounting and finance background
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Project Management, and effectively able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity working in a tech startups or in hyper growth and scaling environments
  • CPA preferred/advantaged, but not required
