About the role

  • Client Service Manager managing relationships and growing accounts for AND Digital, a tech company focused on closing the digital skills gap.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for building relationships between the Club and its clients.
  • Manage current assignments while growing accounts and establishing partnerships.
  • Handle day-to-day client needs including communication and onboarding.
  • Lead teams for clients and ensure scheduling is up to date.
  • Minimize revenue leakage through solid commercial knowledge.
  • Pitch new business opportunities to clients.

Requirements

  • Experienced account manager comfortable with day to day management of client relationships.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in planning and shaping feasible account strategies.
  • Knowledge of commercial management including SOW creation and understanding of contract terms.
  • Capable of leading a team based on client needs.
  • Experience in acting as a point of escalation for the client.
