About the role

  • Client Service Director at AND Digital responsible for building client relationships and growing accounts. Managing daily client needs and leading commercial strategies for successful account management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Plan and shape feasible account strategies to represent client value and support AND's growth
  • Manage daily client and team needs including clear communications and onboarding
  • Act as a trusted point of escalation for the client and delivery team

Requirements

  • Experienced account manager comfortable with day to day client relationship management
  • Strong commercial capability to grow clients and revenue
  • Solid commercial knowledge to maintain successful accounts with minimal support
  • Thorough understanding of SOWs and contract terms
