Responsibilities
- Build the AI-Powered Growth Engine for Equestrian E-Commerce
- Develop paid acquisition intelligence including AI-assisted creative generation
- Optimize platforms like Shopify and perform systematic A/B testing

- Implement marketing automation architecture enabling agentic systems

Requirements
- Active/former equestrian (rider, horse owner, or deep enthusiast)
- 5-7 years growth marketing / DTC e-commerce
- Portfolio of AI systems/tools you've BUILT (production, not experiments)
- Shopify platform (hands-on implementation)
- GA4 + SQL (analytics fluency)
- Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) with AI integration
- "Vibe coding" as daily practice
- Strong Preference: Python basics for analytics/automation
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or agent frameworks
- API integrations and webhook architectures
- Deployed agentic AI in production environments
- Built custom apps or tools from scratch using AI assistance
