About the role

  • Operations Specialist at E7 Solutions supporting COO and HR initiatives. Manage projects, improve processes, and contribute to company-wide events in a remote-friendly setting.

Responsibilities

  • support the COO in advancing operational priorities across Client Services and HR
  • provide structure and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives
  • track project status, identify blockers, and help drive initiatives to completion
  • support strategic planning cycles and internal operating rhythms
  • facilitate meetings to ensure clarity, decisions, and actionable next steps
  • capture and monitor key business metrics such as utilization, profitability, invoicing, and capacity planning
  • maintain and refine internal processes to improve consistency and efficiency
  • manage and support calendar and capacity strategy for Client Services
  • contribute to company-wide events and initiatives

Requirements

  • organized self-starter with strong follow-through
  • solution-oriented
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • well versed in Microsoft Suite
  • knowledge of EOS operating model is a bonus
  • interest in technology or Atlassian & Superhuman Suites preferred
