Responsibilities
support the COO in advancing operational priorities across Client Services and HR
provide structure and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives
track project status, identify blockers, and help drive initiatives to completion
support strategic planning cycles and internal operating rhythms
facilitate meetings to ensure clarity, decisions, and actionable next steps
capture and monitor key business metrics such as utilization, profitability, invoicing, and capacity planning
maintain and refine internal processes to improve consistency and efficiency
manage and support calendar and capacity strategy for Client Services
contribute to company-wide events and initiatives
Requirements
organized self-starter with strong follow-through
solution-oriented
excellent verbal and written communication skills
well versed in Microsoft Suite
knowledge of EOS operating model is a bonus
