Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, marketing, and esports.
Track the performance of creative projects and campaigns and analyze the effectiveness of creative strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Creative Manager, Creative Lead, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of esports, gaming, and digital culture.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop (and other creative tools as needed).
Ability to conceptualize, execute, and review creative work across multiple formats.
Experience managing creative teams and collaborating across departments.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience supporting sales pitches.
Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
2–5 years of experience in strategic planning, creative planning, or brand strategy (agency or gaming-related preferred).
