Responsibilities
Oversee the performance of Amplity APDS Clinical Educators (Educators)
Use data to make business decisions and manage hiring, performance, administration, and expenses
Collaborate with Client leadership to support program goals
Build relationships internally and externally and coach the Educators
Ensure alignment and engagement of the team
Develop and lead a team of field-based medical professionals across the United States
Coordinate training, activities, and communications for the Educators
Monitor and improve performance through field visits and assessments
Review and approve educator field activities
Manage contract deliverables and field operations
Ensure compliance with budgetary reporting
Participate in client and team meetings to update progress and suggest solutions
Provide input into national resource allocation and decisions
Address issues through corrective action processes
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required
RN, NP, PA with valid license
Pharmaceutical commercial experience and management of field-based CNEs or similar
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to develop and execute plans against objectives
Effective communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Zoom
Proficiency in Salesforce a plus
Access to a major airport
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Successful background check
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
