- Perform detailed analysis of sales contracts, clauses, stipulations, and obligations to ensure compliance and optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve processes and provide innovative, cost-effective recommendations.
- Support the drafting and amendment of contracts in alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and review reports to mitigate risks and prevent disputes.
- Maintain and organize master data lists with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document processes and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
- Drive efficiency through advanced Excel functionalities, such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making within Sales Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VBA (required).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
