About the role

  • Ingenieur technico-commercial pour Amphenol SOCAPEX, développant des solutions d’interconnexion en DACH. Collaboration avec l’équipe d’ingénierie pour satisfaire des exigences techniques complexes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the existing Business Development Manager in managing defense and aerospace key accounts
  • Develop new opportunities and create plans with direct customers, system integrators and distributors across the DACH & CEE regions
  • Translate complex technical requirements into innovative, tailored solutions with support from engineering teams
  • Work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to define product development strategy
  • Attend trade shows and major events in the DACH & CEE regions

Requirements

  • Technical higher education (engineering degree or equivalent) in Aerospace, Naval, Defense Technology or a related field
  • 3 years or more of experience selling industrial technical solutions or in business development within the defense/aerospace/naval sectors
  • Proficient with CRM tools to track opportunities and customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Fluency in English required
  • German and/or French is a plus
  • Ability to adapt your communication to varied interlocutors: engineers, buyers, etc.
  • Driven by challenges, autonomous, team-oriented and technically curious
  • Availability for travel within the DACH & CEE regions
