About the role

  • Project Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating tasks for construction projects. Responsible for documentation, scheduling, and communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project progress and update project schedules and budgets as necessary.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for the project.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related communications, including meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors.
  • Assist in the resolution of project issues and conflicts.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Familiar in using 2D Auto CAD, MS Office, G-Suite
