  • Senior Recruiter building relationships with healthcare professionals and matching them with opportunities. Responsible for screening candidates and supporting leadership at AMN Healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with Healthcare Professionals by understanding their goals and professional needs
  • Educate them on open or future positions and match them with the best available opportunities
  • Evaluate and screen candidates to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Engage and qualify Healthcare Professionals for suitable clients' positions
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Present candidate profiles to the Hiring Team, emphasizing relevant qualifications
  • Support leadership by encouraging partnerships, assisting in training, and handling special projects as required

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
  • Healthcare recruitment experience
  • High volume recruitment experience
