Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics that support LCS operational, financial, quality, and performance objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to refine scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Ensure BI deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with LCS data definitions and standards.
Support self-service BI adoption by enabling users with clear, intuitive reporting and guidance.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of BI analysts, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and technical guidance.
Review and assure quality of BI outputs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and business relevance.
Foster a collaborative, improvement-focused team culture with a strong focus on learning and best practices.
Support workload planning and prioritization to balance tactical reporting needs with strategic analytics initiatives.
Operate in alignment with the data governance frameworks, standards, and priorities defined by the LCS Business Intelligence & Data Governance Manager.
Proactively identify data quality issues and partner with the manager and data owners to resolve root causes.
Ensure BI assets are documented, traceable, and built on governed data sources.
Reinforce disciplined data practices that support trust in reporting and analytics.
Build BI solutions that leverage clean, structured, and well-defined data to support advanced analytics and AI-ready use cases.
Support exploratory analytics, trend analysis, and performance insights that may feed future predictive or AI-enabled capabilities.
Collaborate with the manager to identify where data gaps or quality issues could limit analytics or AI effectiveness.
Act as a primary point of contact for LCS stakeholders on BI delivery topics, providing clear communication on progress, insights, and limitations.
Present insights in a clear, business-focused manner, tailoring outputs to different audiences.
Build strong working relationships across LCS functions, IT, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate Degree) in Engineering, Computing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong experience in Business Intelligence and analytics, including dashboarding and reporting (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).
Solid understanding of data structures, metrics, and business logic in a services or operations-focused environment.
Experience working with multiple data sources and addressing data consistency and quality challenges.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical requirements and outputs.
Prior experience leading or mentoring BI analysts or similar technical contributors.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, on-time outputs.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to shape, deliver, and refine analytics solutions.
Exposure to data governance concepts and appreciation of their importance to analytics and AI success.
Familiarity with the LCS business is a strong advantage.
