Responsibilities
Provide leadership with clear, accurate, time bound, and reliable financial information and data.
Collaborate with stakeholders for consultation on drivers of expenses.
Provide informative and user-friendly budgets by creating and implementing planning and reporting processes.
Provide financial consulting, including financial implications of decision alternatives; develop and apply appropriate financial analysis tools and techniques to all levels of management.
Lead and/or support integration of strategic planning (as applicable to the enterprise portfolio).
Provide oversight for and consolidate analyses across planning, expense, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management (as applicable).
Drive enterprise target setting and expense-related strategic analytics support (as applicable).
Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including people and project management.
Significant experience influencing and serving as a change catalyst.
Demonstrated experience counseling, consulting, and negotiating in order to guide strategic business decisions across all levels of management.
Must be able to think creatively and innovatively.
Utilize organizational and industry knowledge to identify problems and opportunities.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of technical infrastructure, application development, and related technologies (may be required depending on whether Expense Management/strategic analytics scope includes technology cost domains).
Ideal candidates will bring significant experience within Property and Casualty industry preferably within Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Portfolio planning.
Experience with modeling tools (Anaplan) is preferred.
