- Collaborating with the Business Development team on new engagement opportunities by creating competitive and innovative fee proposals that meet strategic and financial goals

- Researching and identifying existing/historical firm matters to create standardised pricing templates that assist attorneys in developing budgets for new matters
- Conducting internal analysis and external industry research around billable rates, fee structures, and pricing trends that drive key business decision-making
- Preparing presentation materials for pricing strategy discussions with firm leadership
Requirements
- Experience supporting a team in a corporate, legal, consulting, or similar professional services setting
- Prior experience working in a fast‑paced, professional office environment
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field
- Analytical experience in finance or accounting
- Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, performing analyses, and producing reports, preferably
