Responsibilities
Lead a team to develop and drive scalability.
Drive efficiency through IT systems, automation, etc.
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Manage key operational programs and initiatives with internal and external customers.
Evaluate current systems, process, and tools periodically and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
Lead high impact cross-functional initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders.
Establish effective reporting to measure progress on key programs and initiatives against plans.
Manage and support the evolution of systems and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Business, Computer Science, or other technical discipline preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of industry experience required.
Experience in a wireless, IT, or similar technical telecommunications environment preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing large scale, complex projects and/or programs preferred.
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and a team to meet requirements and deadlines; ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively and professionally with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas concisely, clearly, and effectively.
Ability to effectively analyze data and prepare creative and insightful presentations.

Ability to create and refine business processes and procedures.
Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
