Responsibilities
Execute procurement processes to ensure operational and administrative requirements are met
Request and evaluate quotations (RFQs) and conduct negotiations with suppliers
Monitor the market to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Develop new supplier relationships and improve negotiation outcomes
Manage and maintain supplier contracts and supplier qualifications
Implement and monitor strategic procurement negotiations
Conduct occasional supplier visits for quality assurance and process optimization
Analyze cost-saving and efficiency potential
Maintain the supplier database for the assigned categories
Prepare KPI reports and ensure transparency in procurement controlling
Work closely with the Procurement Manager and the procurement team to optimize procurement strategy and identify supply chain risks
Requirements
Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel (advanced level)
Native German (negotiation-level)
Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Team player with flexibility when working across internal interfaces
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident presence in a dynamic environment and when interacting with senior management
Resilient under pressure, including peak work periods
