Supervisor de Pré Vendas role supervising and developing a Pre-Sales team at Ambar Tech. Focusing on generating qualified opportunities and optimizing processes.
Responsibilities
Supervise, develop, and coach the Pre-Sales team (SDRs);
Define and monitor team goals, metrics, and KPIs (MQL, SQL, conversion, SLA, productivity);
Design and optimize inbound and outbound prospecting processes;
Ensure proper use of the CRM (Salesforce), standardizing records, stages, and qualification criteria;
Analyze sales funnel data and recommend continuous improvements;
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and targets;
Develop scripts, playbooks, and training programs for the team;
Monitor the quality of generated opportunities and collect feedback from the Sales team;
Serve as a bridge between commercial strategy and operational execution;
Support commercial leadership in pipeline predictability.
Requirements
Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, or related areas;
Experience managing or leading commercial/sales teams;
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
Knowledge of sales funnel, commercial metrics, and sales processes;
Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
Strong communication skills, with ability to provide feedback and develop people.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
