Responsibilities
Design and produce visually engaging assets for digital channels, including landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media graphics, and sales presentations;
Create visually appealing PDF sales sheets, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and data visualizations to support internal and external marketing efforts;
Serve as a brand resource ensuring compliance with established brand standards across all creative outputs, including templates and web content;
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) to produce high quality, visually consistent materials;
Apply AI tools for workflow efficiency such as content generation, translation, and remixing to enhance design productivity;
Manage and triage incoming design requests via project management systems (Adobe Workfront or ServiceNow), assigning tasks and tracking progress;
Act as a liaison between requesters and designers, facilitating clear communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consensus on priorities and outcomes;
Coach, guide, and support team members to uphold high design standards and foster a collaborative, solutions oriented environment;
Ensure marketing and communication projects adhere to timelines and align with broader business objectives.
Requirements
Holds a university degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field;
5 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or user experience, ideally in a matrixed or customer focused organization;
2 to 3 years of leadership experience within a design or creative team with proven ability to coach and develop others;
Strong skills in layout design, color theory, and visual composition;
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with other design tools;
Familiarity with project management systems (Adobe Workfront, ServiceNow) and experience managing design workflows through them;
Demonstrated success in driving user engagement and delivering large scale digital marketing campaigns;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to mediate between creative and business perspectives to achieve alignment;
