Responsibilities
- As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are responsible for the visual execution of campaigns and content by creating engaging assets in a wide range of formats and channels, with a primary focus on social media.
- Independently manage assets and overall internal communication for the social media channel.
- Work closely with teams such as Social Media, Campaign, CRM and PR to ensure campaigns are distributed consistently, on-brand, and that each department receives the visual assets they need to perform at their best.
- Receive briefs through our JIRA ticketing system and organize and prioritize your tasks to meet deadlines. Communicate with stakeholders in a friendly, solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain design-specific templates, document best practices, and share them across the team.
- Mentor and guide more junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce sector.
- A portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work and digital design projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, animation and video tools (e.g., After Effects), and Figma.
