Requirements
- Confident use of common design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong design sensibility for typography, layout, imagery, color palette, and visual composition
- Ability to understand brand identity and translate it into consistent design systems
- Good sense for current design trends and aesthetics
- Experience creating performance-marketing graphics and social media designs
- Nice to have: experience creating short animations
- Experience with Adobe After Effects
- Storytelling skills
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
