Responsibilities
Gather and analyze customer requirements, maintain a clear backlog, and collaborate with vendors and product teams.

Requirements
Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
Knowledge of Order Management (OM) concepts such as order capture, enrichment, and fulfillment; familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM) is beneficial.
Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and dependencies across products.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate in multicultural teams.
Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
