Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, maintain a clear backlog, and collaborate with vendors and product teams.
- Review demands against platform capabilities and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing and updating test scenarios with stakeholders.
- Share updates on product evolutions and provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
- Document key processes and ensure effective communication across teams.
Requirements
- Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of Order Management (OM) concepts such as order capture, enrichment, and fulfillment; familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM) is beneficial.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and dependencies across products.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate in multicultural teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
