About the role
- System Engineer for managing Microsoft Intune in a hybrid role at AMA. Focus on client infrastructure and collaboration across security and support teams in Vienna.
Responsibilities
- Management, enhancement, troubleshooting and optimization of Microsoft Intune
- Support of client infrastructure, endpoints and software deployments
- Device rollouts and onboarding in Microsoft Intune (Windows Autopilot)
- Client management in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) as well as deployment and updating of client applications
- Ensuring compliance by configuring Group Policies and Security Baselines
- Creation and monitoring of OS deployments, patch distribution and application rollouts
- Creation, maintenance and enforcement of security and device standards
- Close cooperation with the Security, Network and Support teams
Requirements
- Completed IT training or relevant IT qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with hybrid Microsoft environments (on-premises and cloud)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365
- Experience with on-premises Microsoft servers and services (SCCM)
- Knowledge of Citrix environments is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Very good German language skills
