Responsibilities
Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Southern region
Ensuring claim management and independently conducting negotiations
Contributing to ensuring compliant operation in accordance with permits
Contract management, including monitoring contract terms and durations
Preparation of performance analyses (e.g., availabilities, downtime) and development of optimization approaches
Invoice review and approval
Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
Monthly reporting for your portfolio
Analysis of regulatory frameworks and industry trends and derivation of action areas
Participation in the further development and digitalization of asset management
Requirements
Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the wind energy sector
Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical ability
Team spirit, strong communication skills and self-initiative
Structured, organized way of working
Willingness to travel and Class B driver’s license (BE advantageous)
Business-fluent German and English
